The new title update is released on PC while Bethesda needs approval from Sony and Microsoft to roll it out on PS4, Xbox One consoles. Mod support for Fallout 4 is available on PC and Xbox One console for a long time now whereas PS4 gamers are yet to experience the fun associated with it.
